Empowering our Community with Home Away From Home Autism Center

 At Bloom Where You Are Planted, Inc., we believe every individual deserves the opportunity to grow, thrive, and gain independence regardless of financial barriers.


Our scholarship program helps families access services through Home Away From Home Autism Center, including our Road to Independence Foundation Week Program.

Scholarships may assist with:
• Life Skills Training
• Social Development
• Independence Support
• Parent Guidance
• Transition Readiness
